A Family Legacy of Service Since 1973
Complete RV Service & Body Shop began with a simple vision: provide honest service, quality workmanship, and treat every customer like family.
In 1973, founder Bob Barks opened the original Complete service shop in Dellwood, Missouri. From the beginning, Bob believed that great service meant more than fixing vehicles—it meant building relationships, earning trust, and standing behind the work done for every customer who walked through the door.
What started as a shop specializing in automotive, truck, and motorcycle repair quickly built a reputation for reliable work and fair pricing. Over the years, customers continued returning not only because of the quality of the repairs, but because they knew they would be treated with respect and honesty.
As recreational travel grew in popularity, Complete expanded its services in 2017 to include RV maintenance, repair, body work, and storage. Today, the company has evolved into a full-service RV repair and service center in St. Charles, Missouri, helping travelers keep their motorhomes, campers, and travel trailers road-ready for their next adventure.
More than 50 years later, the values that Bob Barks built the company on remain the same: integrity, craftsmanship, and personal service.

Bob Barks
Founder
Bob opened his first auto body repair shop in Dellwood in 1973 and has more than 50 years of experience in the automotive industry. His focus on providing personal service with superior results remains hallmarks of Complete RV's business today.
Kim Barks
Owner
Kim has years of experience in the auto and RV repair industry. Kim is a sports enthusiast, and you can find her on the soccer field, volleyball court, or bike trail. When she’s not working, she enjoys camping and outdoor activities with her dogs.
Molly
Mascot
Molly welcomes all customers to Complete. Many wonder if she is one of the rescued animals from Noah’s Ark Restaurant, that was demolished in 2007. She is not! Even though she came from the Philippines, we think she is just as impressive.
Red The Fire Truck

Red is the fire truck Bob Barks drove during his years as a firefighter. Today, you’ll still see Red around town and in local parades, proudly representing and promoting Complete RV Service & Body Shop to the Saint Charles and Saint Louis communiteis.
