Program description. Complete RV Service & Body Shop (we, our, us) operates a one-way and two-way SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have opted in. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our website forms, or by texting us first at 314-575-8577, you agree to these SMS Messaging Program Terms.

Message types. We send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, vehicle service and repair updates, customer support replies, and important service notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without separate, explicit opt-in.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with our business. You should typically expect no more than 10 messages per service event.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. We do not charge for SMS messages.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS communications unless you opt in again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call 636-724-2232 Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT, or email [email protected].

Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information non-sharing. Complete RV Service & Body Shop does not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to communicate with customers about requested services.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging services.
